Nominees in the 14 categories include double nods for over 10 artistes, from East, West and Southern Africa. It's now up to fans to vote for their favourites for the next two months.
Kenyan music stars P-Unit, Sauti Sol, STL, Victoria Kimani and Xtatic, will be carrying the Kenyan flag during the event. Coincidentally, they all have received two nominations each, albeit in different categories. Their songs You Guy, Money Lover, Stella Stella Stella, Mtoto, Oya and Hit 'Em Up will be battling it out for honours during the live gala award ceremony slated for November 30, at Walter Sisulu Square, in Kliptown Soweto, South Africa.
