Rachel Shebesh the women's representative joined striking council workers today as they took to the Nairobi Governor Dr. Evans Kidero's office today to voice their discontentment and demand for pay rise.
However during the confrontation, Dr. Kidero felt quite agitated while Rachel Shebesh voiced the workers demands, to the extent that he slapped her, perhaps in a bid to silence her.
The deafening slap sent the striking workers in shock as a horrified Shebesh screamt 'You Slapped Me Kidero? You Slapped me?'.

Kidero should step down as governor. He's not fit to hold office. We can't allow such bullies to hold public office.
When first asked about the slap by the press, he said he did not recall ever slapping Shebesh and didn't know what happened. When the video evidence was too clear for him to refute, he then come up with the lie that Shebesh had touched him below the belt. My question is; why didn't he say that when the press first interviewed him. Am sure he come up with this lie when he realised he was in trouble. Go home kidero! Go home!!!!!
