Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga maintained that he will not be going back to parliament but will instead focus his energies in ensuring the 24 county governments under the CORD command fully implement the CORD manifesto.

Odinga made the declaration following attempts by CORD leaders led by Busia county senator former attorney general Amos Wako to persuade him change his mind. So, what is Odinga up to?
