A man claiming he was injured by a stripper decided to sue the strip club for his suffering, according to reports.
Patrick Gallagher, of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, sued Penthouse Club for $50,000 after one of its dancers injured his bladder by sliding to hard from a stripper pole, the suit charges.
The catastrophic collision has occurred at a bachelor party in Northeast Philadelphia. The unidentified dancer "negligently and carelessly slammed her body against the plaintiff, with such force as to cause significant damage," the suit alleges.
Friends of Gallagher went all out for the party, by purchasing the "degree package", a special performance by a stripper. Gallagher was lying on the stage when the dancer crashed landed on his abdomen, according to the lawsuit. The groom-to-be needed surgery the next day, and apparently suffered nerve damage in his back and hip.
The strange mishap left all that attended the party quite shocked. Attorney Neil Murray could not explain why he waited two years to file a lawsuit.
Gallagher is now seeking payment for medical expenses, pain, humiliation and mental anguish. He refused to talk. The Penthouse Club also declined to comment.
