soldier by 2 young BRITISH men in Woolwich,SE, London the day before yesterday, it was
already sad enough that a person could be so heartless to have murdered a fellow human
being in cold blood as we read all over the internet. But that one of the young men who
was yesterday identified as Michael Adeboloja was being referred to in ALL media reports as
Nigerian British OR British Nigerian (whatever!) was grossly disheartening. This is obviously a blunder that must be corrected immediately otherwise every country of the world will continue to use our country as a dump-site for the worse set of individuals across the globe. Aside many history making Nigerians that has been claimed as theirs in these so called developed countries or western world (who
cares?) and are never identified to have been connected with Nigeria, 16 out of the 541 British athletes at the 2012 Olympics Games were either actually Nigerians or Nigerian descents but yet they are regarded as Britons and their Nationality is either "British" or "British-Americ an". So, why are they now
saying "this one" is British-Nigeria n? must they always tag the bad ones to us? HE IS BRITISH AND HE IS BRITISH, Final !!! Let me ask you this, does the following names sound British?:

Lawrence Okoye,
Abdul Buhari,
Abiodun Oyepitan,
Anyika Onuora,
Margaret Adeoye,
Christine Ohuruogu,
Marilyn Okoro,
Eniola Aluko,
Temitope Fagbenle,
Anthony Ogogo,
Anthony Joshua,
Peter Bakare
and Dami Bakare.
All represented Britain at the Olympics and WERE NEVER referred to as Nigerian British
when they won medals for Britain. And none of their glories was accrued to us. So, if you
are thinking this murderer's name is Nigerian then we will take the blame for his crime if
and ONLY if they will announce to the world that all these athletes and many more of them
are actually Nigerians. Otherwise, they should take responsibility for their citizen's crime
and not push it over to us. Fellow Nigerians, It is high time we rejected ALL the negativities being attached to us as a nation and as citizens of this nation and show to them that our country is no more a
dumping ground for all this rubbish. If we cannot be credited for all the blessings Nigerian descents has brought to their country, then we cannot be tagged in this present situation. I urge you all to do
whatever it is you can do to let the world know that he is not attached to us. It was also stated that even Micheal's father is not a Nigerian but a Nigerian descent as well not to now talk of the fact that Michael himself is NOT a Nigerian but a Briton, He is a British citizen by virtually all standard, he has
never been to Nigeria, he doesn't speak our language, he doesn't have our cultural values imbibed in him and he has never had any affiliation with our dear country before now accept for the name they said he bears so why attach him to the country at the time he committed a murder.
If he is not a Nigerian, he is NOT from Nigeria... Country Mates, this is the best time to confront these Brits and let them know that they cannot keep claiming the good ones and continue to toss the bad ones at us. We reject their name-tarnishing publications! We are NIGERIAN and we are a breed of
disciplined, dutiful, responsible, proactive, and well cultured individual. We are NIGERIANS
and we are showing to the world that our country is the abode of the most courteous, highly hospitable and caring individuals in the world. We may have be battered in the past, but no more, we are coming out Strong We may have been through fire, but we are coming out finer than Gold We may be in the middle of a tunnel right now, but there's Light just ahead We may have had our worst moments, but
our Best days are finally here We are Nigerians and we are proud of who we are!
