Friday's endorsement of president elect Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto by US president Barrack Obama has widely been interpreted as a seal of affirmation for a government the Americans had only few days ago taken a hard stance even warning Kenyans against the election of the two who are facing charges of crimes against humanity at the ICC.
