Friends of Raila, an outfit that brings together ardent supporters of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga now wants the cord leader back in parliament to spearhead the opposition agenda. Through its secretary general Aloyce Obare the group says after carefully examining the composition of both the national assembly and the senate its members have resolved that Odinga was best placed to safeguard the gains of the constitution from inside parliament.
