It all happened during a stampede, when the 73 year old employee tried to get out of the way of the crowd, she tripped and in order to avoid falling to the ground grabbed on to a customer.
She was fired because she violated a strict store police banning employees from touching customers.
The woman who was fired cried and said that Walmart was her family and now she has no family.
Walmart said that the customer had a bad experience because of the elderly woman, they had no choice but to fire her.
