Two leading presidential candidates Raila Odinga (Cord) and Uhuru Kenyatta (Jubilee) have made their final appeal for votes ahead of Monday's elections.
Mr Odinga and Mr Kenyatta told supporters to come out in large numbers and propel them to State House.
Mr Odinga addressed Cord's final rally at the Nyayo National Stadium while Mr Kenyatta made his final pitch at Uhuru Park, Nairobi.
Both candidates said they would respect the will of Kenyans and urged supporters to maintain peace.
On Friday, President Kibaki called on Kenyans to maintain peace and urged poll winners to embrace losers.
"Let us also appreciate that every election will produce winners and losers. To the men and women who shall be declared winners, I appeal to them to embrace victory with humility and to begin the journey of serving the people in earnest," said President Kibaki in a televised address.
The government has assured the public of security, deploying 99,000 security agents at polling stations and tallying centres countrywide.
Kenyans go to the polls on Monday to elect their fourth president.
