Man born without a Penis to get one made from his ARM

A 39-year-old man born without a penis is lucky to be one of the first people in the world to get a new manhood made from his arm. The security guard, Andrew Wardle, was born with a bladder formed outside his body, Known as Ectopic Bladder. He only had testicles but no bladder. After having surgery his bladder was moved to its normal place but he was left without a penis.

Surgeons from the University College London have agreed to carry out a complicated three-part operation involving transfer of skin from his forearm. The surgeons will use a large flap of skin with its blood vessels and nerves and fold it into a tube before grafting it into the pubic area. After healing, Mr Wardle will be fitted with a pump-operated implant to make passing urine - and sex - possible.

Despite not having a penis, Mr Wardle claims to have slept with more than 100 women.
