Isaac Hassan presented the documents to CJ at the Supreme Court in the flanked by fellow IEBC Commissioners as members of the public and the press witnessed.
Speaking to members of the press, the CJ expressed happiness with a peaceful election and assured Kenyans that the Judiciary is ready and prepared to adjudicate a poll petitions.
The presentation comes on the same day that Coalition for Reforms and Democracy is expected to file a petition challenging the election of Uhuru Kenyatta as president.
Cord’s legal team will be led renowned lawyer George Oraro with cabinet ministers Mutula Kilonzo, James Orengo and Ababu Namwamba and former AG Amos Wako being part of the legal team.
The Supreme Court must settle the matter within 14 days from the filing date of the suit.
