The Coalition For Reforms And Democracy, Cord has won the first round of its poll petition seeking to compel the IEBC and Safaricom to release election data that it requires to challenge Uhuru Kenyatta’s election as Kenya’s fourth president. At the hearing this morning before justice Isaac Lenaola, the IEBC and Safaricom agreed to furnish cord with the requested information within the law.
