Mr Jirongo noted that Jubilee presidential candidate Uhuru Kenyatta and his running mate William Ruto would not implement their pledges without donor funding.
“The international community have stated that they would pull out if Uhuru and Ruto win because of their cases at The Hague. Where would they get funding for their manifesto?” posed Jirongo.
He said CORD presidential candidate and Prime Minister Raila Odinga was the only leader capable of transforming the nation.
He said Deputy Prime Minister Musalia Mudavadi was being used by Jubilee leaders to divide the Luhya votes.
“When you vote for Mudavadi you are dividing the Western region votes to the advantage of Uhuru,” he added.
