He’s not sorry.

A coldblooded killer who stabbed a 27-year-old to death refused to apologize to the victim’s family when he was sentenced to 24 years to life Wednesday.

In December, Benjamin Moreira, 21, of Elmhurst was found guilty of killing Dario Paiva in 2010 during a brawl near the 85th Street-Forest Parkway subway station.

During his sentencing Moreira would only say he hoped the Paiva family “had God’s blessing,” but would not apologize for the murder.

Friends and family had set up a memorial to Dario Paiva, who was killed while defending his brother from a gang attack.

On July 30, 2010, Paiva’s little brother, Khristian, was jumped by a quartet of toughs after returning some videos in Woodhaven.

Khristian managed to call his family during the beatdown, and Paiva rushed to the scene.

Paiva pursued his little brother’s attackers up to the subway platform, and Moreira stabbed him in the chest. Kristian was uninjured in the attack.
