A salesman has been accused of groping a stewardess’ behind at a nightclub’s dance floor after he forced himself on her while she was dancing with her friend.
The 26-year-old Tunisian salesman was said to have jumped on to the dance floor and tried to sway to the music and tag along with the 32-year-old Serbian stewardess on the eve of October 26.
“I tried to cut him off and refused to dance with him. When I turned my back on him and continued dancing with my female friend… someone groped my b*m. I turned immediately and realized that he had done so,” the Serbian woman claimed to prosecutors.

According to the charge sheet, prosecutors charged the Tunisian with molesting the 32-year-old Serbian stewardess by groping her backside.
“Yes, we were inside the nightclub. But I swear upon God that I did not touch her,” claimed the Tunisian when he entered an innocent plea before the Dubai Court of First Instance.
The stewardess testified that the incident happened at a five star hotel on Shaikh Zayed Road.
“I was standing along with my friends… the suspect came and tried to dance with us. We repeatedly asked him to leave and did not dance with him. He moved away finally. Ten minutes later I felt someone put his hand on my backside. When I turned around, I saw that it was him. I immediately grabbed then pushed him. He punched me on my forehead… I was disturbed so I cried and shouted and called the security. The nightclub’s security restrained him until police came,” claimed the Serbian.
An Egyptian witness claimed that he spotted the woman pulling the Tunisian by his shirt and shouting in his face. Security intervened and stopped the fight. They took the suspect to the kitchen until the police came, according to the witness.
A judgement on the matter will be heard soon.
