The elder brother
of the outspoken Gatundu South Member of
Parliament, Moses Kuria, Charles Reguru, was
buried last week in a ceremony that was
attended by top Jubilee leaders.
However, President Uhuru Kenyatta did not attend the burial for unclear
reasons, and instead sent Water Cabinet Secretary, Eugene Wamalwa, to
represent him.
