But in a quick rejoinder, Interior Coordination Cabinet Secretary, Joseph Nkaissery, refuted Raila Odinga’s claims urging him to stop using funerals to seek popularity and relevance.
He concluded by urging Raila to respect Ntimama and stop lying about what he told him when he was alive. “Some people should learn how to respect the dead,” Nkaissery roared.
