So much questions were raised about VIP motorcades following an incident where President Uhuru Kenyatta’s motorcade that knocked down and killed an 80-Year old man on his Kakamega tour last year.
That was not the first VIP motorcade incident since 2 years ago when Deputy President’s William Ruto motorcade knocked down two schoolgirls on his Muran’ga tour though they didn’t die the two sustained injuries…..
