Chief Justice Dr.Willy Mutunga has finally opened up on who won the 2013 Presidential Elections between Uhuru Kenyatta and CORD leader Raila Odinga.

Addressing a congregation at St. Johns Catholic Church in Korogocho,Dr.Mutunga conquered with the Supreme Court’s verdict on the 2013 Presidential petition insisting that President Uhuru Kenyatta defeated the former Prime minister,Raila Odinga fair and square in regard to the evidence adduced in court.

He added that as far as the case was concerned in terms of dealing with the evidence and the law, the Supreme Court did what it sincerely believed to be right.
