House-helps in Kenya Can Now Sue for Wrongful Dismissal [VIDEO]

Many Kenyans may soon be unable to afford to hire the services of domestic workers following a recent court ruling. The ruling validated verbal contracts entitling domestic workers to the same level of entitlement as other contracted jobs.

The ,  has welcomed this move and as NTV's Brenda Wanga reports, they have the support of the Central Organisation of Trade Unions.
