Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Vice president Kalonzo Musyoka could yet again suffer a setback and after the two lost the election petition last week the two are now facing the prospect of leaving office without a retirement package, following the rejection of the Retirement Benefits Bill of 2012 early this year.
President Kibaki refused to assent to the retirement benefits (Deputy president and designated state officers) bill 2012, after MPs sneaked in their hefty and selfish send off packages into the bill.
