Waititu in court to stop Kidero’s gazettement...? i thought he conceded defeat...

Former Embakasi MP Ferdinand Waititu files a petition at the Constitutional Court to stop gazettement of Evans Kidero as Nairobi Governor.

The case is before Justice Isaac Lenaola.

Waititu contested the Nairobi Governor seat on a TNA ticket but lost Kidero of ODM.
