Raila wished President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto well as well as other newlyelected officials in the running of the government. He also thanked Kenyans for their efforts in the democratic efforts.
While noting that there were anomalities in the way the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) conducted the elections, Raila said his coalition will abide by the Supreme Court's decision as the court's decision is final.
