The two assistant ministers were on Friday received by Jubilee leaders William Ruto and Uhuru Kenyatta at the URP Presidential secretariat in Nairobi. Other leaders who defected included former Mandera central MP Billow Kerrow and a host of aspirants mainly drawn from Mandera county.
