NYERI ! NYERI ! :Nyeri man defiles 7 yr old GIRL for the whole NIGHT!!! GROSS

There was drama at Nyeri law courts after an elderly woman gave the stirring testimony on how her 7 year old grandchild was raped severely by a neighbor who defiled her overnight at Ruirie village in Kieni, Nyeri.

The court heard that on February 27, Grace Wanjira had left her home and left her grandchildren playing outside her house. When she  returned hours later she found one of her grandchildren missing.

On enquiry she was informed that the girl had followed her aunt to go grazing at their farm. However her aunt came home and was not in the company of the young girl.

In the morning the girl returned home. The girl said she had spent the night at a bush near their home, but after serious interrogation from her stun grandmother she admitted to have slept at James Maina – defendant’s home.

The girl’s grandmother together with her worried teachers inspected her genitals and confirmed that they were swollen; she was later taken to Nyeri Provincial General Hospital where she was treated.

Maina was later arrested and the hearing of the case is still in progress.
