actually there are no managers here who are kenyan.
even the head of HR is not a manager shes just someone there for people to see or rather for the chinese to blame or use as they see fit... i doubt if she will be here that long...
despite the fact that they pay people 500 a day they will still deduct you five hundred if you are even a half hour late to work which doesnt make any sense
i believe there is prostitution going on here such that the chinese staff like the head chef and some others pimp out the waitresses
and the chinese themselves are also involved in their own sexcapades.
when they say that they dont respect kenyans here is a clear example of how
a couple of weeks ago Deputy PM Mudavadi came here and some chinese chic was so rude to them she tried to kick them out at 10:00pm and then proceeded to turn off the lights in the room they were seated in...

Go to immigration and check how they got their work permits i know for a fact that the information given to immigration about the chinese who work here is not at all true...
for example someone im sure works in the tour department is listed as a chef
and the guy who was called a monkey and then fired .... he was given the excuse ati he was found eating a sweet i mean what the hell is that

i'm also a "manager" here and im leaving cause of some flimsy excuse from the management here but also cause i just cant work with them any more. you can have a secure job here no matter who you are
